Project Onboarding

If you’re a founder, you’d need to go through our vetting process that consists of:

1. Application Check: Projects fill out a form detailing what they're about, their goals, and who's on the team. The launchpad team reviews these to pick out the ones that seem promising.

We decline any project's founders who refuse to provide their real identities (KYC).

2. Deep Dive: If a project looks good on paper and meets Suisse Blockchain’s quality standards, the team is having deep-dive discussions with the project's leaders. They talk about where the projects at now, what the future plans are, and how they plan to get there.

This round consists of at least one video call, and an exchange of communication between Suisse Blockchain and the potential project.

3. Decision Time: After assessing the application, and having a conversation with the project’s team, the launchpad team decides if a project is the right fit for their platform. They look at several key indicators and characteristics to make this choice.

Suisse Blockchain aims for it to be as short as possible, however, the length of the vetting process is connected to the complexity of the project.

What We Look For

Solid Plan: A clear, detailed plan for the project and how it solves a real problem and if there is a market opportunity. Usually, a litepaper or a whitepaper will be sufficient.

Punctuality and Adherence to Detail: The care with which the team fills out the form, and promptness of appearance at meetings will be taken into account.

Innovation: Something new or a fresh take on an existing idea that uses blockchain technology smartly, and the team to execute that idea.

Market Smart: The project needs a good strategy for attracting users and standing out from competitors. Product market fit is one of the most important points for us.

Money Matters: How the project plans to make money, manage its finances, and grow over time.

Roadmap: A realistic plan showing how the project intends to develop and achieve its goals.

Strong Team: A group of people with the right mix of skills, experience, and drive to make the project succeed. Were they part of previously successful ventures, or is this their first project?

Community Connection: Projects with people talking and building a community around their ideas.

Playing by the Rules: Following the tricky regulatory landscape of web3, protecting user data, and ensuring everything's secure.
